Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

for the future

• This unusual Ford Transit van with 4x4 capabilities and anti-lock braking is the latest proposed design study from Stephen Stringer at Alternative Automotive Design of Kempston in Bedford.

Stringer, who has worked for Ford whilst at Star Custom Vehicles, says the van would use the complete drive-line from the 4x4 Granada and Sierra, and could be used for any high-speed emergency work where stability is paramount.

B Walker & Son of Markyate has produced a high-top version of the new Transit. The new GRP roof is more than 300mni higher than the standard high-roof Transit's, to give a load volume up a claimed 21%, from 8.4 to 10.18nri. Price for the conversion is £583 excluding VAT and it is available

through normal Ford outlets.
