A truck driver in San Francisco stormed into a local Traffic Fines Bureau to protest against a citation for failing to curb his wheels when parking on a steep hill (a legal requirement in San Francisco). He insisted that he put blocks under the wheels, and that somebody must have stolen them.
"Are you sure you had blocks?" asked the clerk.
"Of course I had them," the man replied. "I always use blocks under the wheels because there aren't any brakes on my truck."
