Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN BUSINESS as a haulage contractor at Mastin Moor (Derbyshire) Nigel Anthony Hingley, of 11, Woodthorpe-road, pleaded guilty at Chesterfield magistrates' court to three charges of dishonestly weighing four lorry loads of slurry and attempting to gain a total of £14 from the National Coal Board at Oxcroft Colliery while working for the Board as a sub-contractor. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £20 costs and a sum of £11.52 as restitution to the Board.

It was alleged that Hingley had tried to obtain the money by weighing the slurry twice. The court dismissed four similar charges involving a further sum of £16 cash.
