The Wipac Group has recently introduced the Searchlight direct-beam headlamp and a set of spot and fog lamps known as the GT 480, Fitted with a quartzhalogen bulb, the Searchlight has a clear glass lens, a depth and overall height of 6in. and is provided with a universal mounting. It is claimed to be particularly suitable for commercial vehicles, Having a new type of indented lens and shouldered rims, the GI 480 spot and fog lamps are also fitted with quartzhalogen bulbs 'and have stainlesssteel bodies and brackets. Of 4in. diameter the lamps have a depth of only 2in.
