A The reference (CM April 12 page 24) "RHA objects to trailer concessionwas based on the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 1967
(1753). This document details basic tyre requirements but specifically excludes agricultural vehicles thus:— ss.2 "Nothing in the foregoing paragraph shall apply to a land locomotive, land tractor, land implement or land implement conveyor, or to an agricultural trailer when the trailer is being drawn by a land tractor."
