THE Municipal Passenger Transport Association has issued an eight-page memorandum, "The Public Service Vehicle in relation to Planning and Redevelopment ", in which it states its views regarding the operation of bus services in redevelopment areas. It urges that adequate facilities for buses are provided in all such new schemes.
