A. DECISION has now been given by I-1 the North Western Traffic Commissioners on the application, by Scout Motor Services Ltd., W. C. Standerwick Ltd., and Yellowway Motor Services Ltd. for composite monthly allowances for duplication, formerly authorized on a daily basis. The Scout and Stan derwick services on the Fleetwood-London and Blackpool-London licences are given authority for the vehicle journey allowance to be aggregated on a monthly basis with a 10 per cent daily maximum, this being effective until October 31, 1964.
