Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW subsidiary is being set up' in I—k the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland by •Associated commercial Vehicles, Ltd., and will be known as A.C.V. Central Africa (Pvt.), Ltd. This move is aimed at increasing export trade. The new company is to be based at Umtali; where chassis shipped from this country will be assembled for delivery.
