Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PC STEVE ROUNDS. CV lead at the Central Motorway Police Group (CMPG), can look forward to driving the force's spy truck after passing his NOV test on 28 October.

Rounds, who has been a police officer for some 26 years, tells CM the licence will help him to clamp down on unroadworthy vehicles

and dangerous truckers.

He will now be able to drive CM PG's police-livened Scania R480 cab, while a passenger will have an eye-level view to record any offenders with a handheld digital camera.

An unmarked police vehicle is called forward to stop-check any suspicious activity.
