Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Reefer operator Ralph Davies International is continuing its campaign against the parking policy at Granada Service Areas.

Granada's credit agency Close Credit Management has finally replied to Ralph Davies. insisting it is allowed to charge for parking after two hours, and has the power to issue a penalty notice if an operator does not pay up.

But a spokesman for Ralph Davies says it is "in no hurry to pay" and will now seek to clarify CCM's claims.

The row over parking payments started nearly six months ago when some hauliers raised concerns over 190 penalty charges (CM4-10 March).
