At a meeting of coach operators, recently, a resolution had been proposed urging the Minister of Transport to give an indication as to the security of road-service licences in respect of seasonal and all-the-year-round coach services that had been pioneered by independent coach owners and run for several years. A member had just seconded the motion when a man stood up and said : " I would like to ask a question. How does this resolution affect coach services that are run without licences?"
