III North Western Deputy Traffic Commissioner John Levin has refused to renew the licence held by Stockport PSV operator Philip Roberts, trading as Hazel Grove Coaches, on the grounds that Roberts' conduct has rendered him unfit to hold a licence.
The hearing of Roberts's renewal application was adjourned in February after the Commissioner was told that Roberts was awaiting sentence after being convicted of a number of offences by the Stockport magistrates.
