Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

in Ice cube manufacturer Ice International has won a fiveyear £180,000 contract with refrigerated vehicle specialists Rockfield Contracts for the hire of two Mercedes-Benz 17tonne rigids.

The Eastleigh-based company has just launched Europe's first spring water ice cubes and will be distributing them on a test market basis to retail giant Tesco, and wholesale distributor Makro. "The specification of these vehicles was quite exacting," says Ice International's commercial director Mike Fry.

The company also distributes ice cubes to customers including off-licence chains Peter Dominic and Threshers, Steele's Aviation at Gatwick Airport, Trust House Forte at Birmingham Airport, and to outside caterers for big sporting events such as Ascot and Henley.
