Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• This month's Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators show will feature the debut of one of the most powerful winch trucks ever seen in the UK.

The Foden 6x6 has been fitted by Syren, near Kidderminster, for Guildford-based All Recovery, which will use the equipment for heavy plant recovery.

Two Darlington 30-tonne, two-speed heavy winches are fitted to the vehicle, giving a pulling capacity of at least 120 tonnes. There are also two anchors, a 20-tonne underlift, a 10-tonne bosun winch and a light line winch.

A Rolls Royce 227.53kW (305hp) engine powers the vehicle, while the winches are driven hydraulically.

The winch truck weighs 24.8 tonnes, and Steve Youngs from Syren says it is designed to do the work of two or three recovery vehicles.
