Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN OPERATOR accused of unlawfully bearing an operator's licence disc in his two vehicles' windows, is to face trial at the Inner London Crown Court.

Ronald G. Harding, trading as Rondi Transport, was remanded on unconditional bail by Greenwich Magistrates Court last week.

Mr Harding faces 14 summonses that on 14 dates between November 1983 and December 1983 he allegedly bore an 0-licence disc unlawfully and with intent to deceive.

GCS Freight, based at Rockware Avenue, Greenford, Middlesex is also facing 14 summonses that it allegedly unlawfully allowed with intent to deceive the use of its 0licence.

Both Mr Harding and GCS Freight are pleading not guilty to the summonses brought by the Metropolitan Traffic Area.

Greenwich Magistrates also ruled that the other summonses which Mr Harding faces are to be adjourned sine die — that is without a fixed date.

He is facing 18 summonses for allegedly having no 0licence, two for failure to notify a change in 0-licence, and one for the failure to notify a change in operating centre.

GCS Freight's one other summons for an alleged false statement is also adjourned sine die.
