Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FROMCO Trailers of Arundel, West Sussex has developed a special coach recovery 'trailer with a deck height of only 660.4mmI2ft 2ins).

It can accommodate 4m(13ft 2in) double-deck coaches and still clear motorway bridges. Higher double-deck coaches could be carried if the tyres are deflated. Equipment inckides an electrically operated tail ramp angled to avoid the possibility of grounding on loading, and a power winch.

The trailer is fitted with a three-axle bogie with Gigant liquid suspension and operates at 24 tonnes gtvv. The first such trailer built is now in service with Butterfields Recovery of St Albans, Hertfordshire.
