Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

minibuses

CITY OF OXFORD Motor Services is the latest National Bus subsidiary to convert a low frequency conventional bus service into a high frequency minibus service.

The route serves two large housing estates and the city centre. At present buses operate a 20 minute frequency which is reduced to 30 minutes in the evening and on Sundays.

The planned minibus service will operate every five minutes at peak hours, six minutes during the day and 12 minutes during evenings and on Sundays.

According to the Oxford company, experience suggests that passenger journey times will be reduced by around 10 per cent.

The service is expected to be operated by 18 and 20-seat minibuses finished in a new livery and marketed as the Oxford City Nipper service.
