AT A HEARING at Perth Sheriff's court this week, Perthbased Stagecoach was given permission to withdraw a plea of guilty to a charge alleging 14 breaches of the drivers' hours rules.
Last month, (CM, April 6) the company admitted the offences which were said to involve excess periods ranging from one to 57 hours.
At that time sentence was postpdned for further informa tion.
