WE regret to record the deaths of Mr. W. A. Bartleman, Mr. J. Finch, Mr. E. Harrison and Mr, H. Vernon.
Mr. Bartleman, who was 63, had been transport manager of Rotol since 1943.
Mr. Finch, who was 80, was, before his retirement, managing director of J. and G. Finch (Newton Heath), Ltd., coach proprietors and haulage contractors.
Mr. Harrison, who was 53, was managing director of E. Harrison (Vehicle Painters), Ltd., Heywood.
Mr. Vernon, who was 63, was a director of Thos. W. Ward, Ltd., Sheffield, and had been with that firm since 1913. He was also chairman of Town Woodhouse, Ltd., and George Cooper (Sheffield), Ltd., and a director of The Deighton Motor Co., Ltd., George Hassall, Ltd., and Marshal] and Co., Ltd.
