I N the Chancery Division, last Friday, counsel for the Lines Trailer Co., Ltd., said that negotiations were proceeding between that company and Crellin-Duplex (Holdings), Ltd., and it was hoped that they would reach a successful conclusion. The Lines Trailer Co., Ltd., had been granted an injunction against the other company until last Friday. It had been agreed, said counsel, that the motion should stand over until May 25, Crell in-Duplex (Holdings), Ltd., giving an undertaking in the terms of the injunction.
The injunction restrained CrellinDuplex (Holdings), Ltd., from granting any licence in respect of Patent No. 642,172, except with the consent of the Lines company, and from representing that the Lines concern was not the exclusive licensee under the patent.
