COUNCILLOR H. T. HARRISON, J.P., chairman of the Northampton Sub-area of R.H.A., has been elected chairman of the Wellingborough Urban District Council. Together with Mr. G. W. Bates, he was co-founder of Express Transport Services, Ltd., Wellingborough, which is now an associate company of the Pickfords,organization. Last month he was elected the first sub-area chairman of R.H.A. for Northamptonshire. MR. FRANK G.
