Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TRANSPORT FOR LONDON'S (TfL) plan to construct a series of 'cycle superhighways' has come under fire from the Brewery Logistics Group (BLG), as it believes it will impinge on its members deliveries.

The Freight Transport Association, meanwhile, cautiously welcomes the idea,

because it could end up easing traffic levels for haulers.

TfL hopes to open two pilot routes in June: from South Wimbledon to the City via the A24 and A3, and Barking to Tower Hill via the A13 and Cable Street, with another 10 being planned.

BLG chairman Mike Bracey says this initiative, combined with TfL's plan to launch a cycle-hire scheme, poses a health and safety risk: The superhighways and 400 cycle-hire points need to be closely looked at before they are implemented."

TfL declined to comment.
