Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE new £250.000 bus station which

Scottish Omnibuses, Ltd., intend to erect in Clyde Street, Edinburgh, will be capable of handling 5,000 passengers and 120 buses an hour, Mr. James Amos, chairman of the company, said last week. Approval has now been given for the station, which, it is hoped, will be ready for this year's Edinburgh Festival.

The design incorporates four covered platforms running parallel to Clyde Street and linked by subways. Each platform will accommodate at least eight buses, and at peakperiods there will be room for 40 vehicles at a time.

Accommodation for about 20 coaches will also be provided nearby.

A two-storey building will house a waiting room, left-luggage rooms, an inquiry bureau and other facilities. it is also hoped to provide a restaurant.
