Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A LL Green Line coach services of the London Transport Executive are now equipped with Setright ticketissuing machines in place of the Bell punches previously used, it was announced On Tuesday.

The mechanization of ticket-issuing on London Transport's road services began some 18 months ago with the Gibson A.14 machine. This machine, however caters for only 14 fare values; a greater fare range was necessary for Green Line services.

This mechanization, which has taken a year to complete, has greatly facilitated fare collection, particularly in peak periods, and has enabled economies to be effected.

Within the next few days, all singledeck Green Line coaches of London Transport will be fitted with new destination blinds of an improved layout. They have a two-colour background. A third of the area is black, with the route number and the London Transport motif in amber. The destination and intermediate points are in black on an amber ground. To improve further the legibility of the route number and final destination, particularly at night, a heavier but slightly smaller type has been designed.
