A•AS forecast by The Commercial Motor last week, representatives of the Association of British Chambers of Commerce met Mr. J. A. Boyd-Carpenter, Minister of Transport, on Monday to discuss the denationalization of road haulage.
When this issue closed for press on Wednesday, no statement had been released by the Association, although one was expected.
