Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WE RECORD with regret the death of David Watkins and Robert Bloomfield.

Mr Watkins, owner of Prestatyn Coachways, North Wales, was born in 1923 and after World War Two began his own taxi service. Soon he had saved enough money to buy his first coach and, after a shaky start, popular demand enabled him to expand his business to include over 12 coaches and accompanying workforce.

Mr Watkins provided transport for holidaymakers, school children and old age pensioners for the scattered community of North Wales.

Mr Bloomfield was a partner in the family haulage contractors business of R&T Bloomfield of Dysart, Fife.

He had run the firm with his brother Tom since 1948. The brothers began helping their father when they left school. The firm is carrying on as a going concern.
