FORT VALE Engineering of I son, Lancashire which manu. tures valves and ancilli equipment for road tankers, produced a 76mm (3in) diamt stainless steel butterfly valve sembly which is one third weight of its existing Blacko I valve arrangement.
The Widdop eccentric c valve with its PTFE seal is signed to allow a clear flow w out contamination pockets stagnant liquid traps. It will t directly to the foot valve ou flange or can be clamped tween flanges of up to 203r (8i n).
A spring-loaded pin mech ism allows a 90 degree mo ment with the operating le indicating the disc valve's pc lion.
