Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Mobil has reformulated its existing synthetic heavy-duty diesel engine oil, Mobil Delvac 1 LE 5W-30, to encompass the next wave of engine emissions technology.

The new formula has more approvals than the previous version, and meets the requirements of Euro-6 engines from Cummins, Daf, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Renault and Volvo.

The new formula has been tested at Millbrook. Two Volvo FM440s, at Euro-5 and loaded to 75% GVVV, undertook fuel trials. The new formula 5W-30 achieved an average fuel economy gain of 1.8% compared with a mineral 15W-40 engine oil.
