Sons LP STEPHENS and Sons can base 18 vehicles and 22 trailers at the Bosvisack Yard in Blackwater, Truro, as well as four vehicles and six trailers at the Riviera Produce site in Connor Downs, Hayle, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • it must provide original financial evidence in the limited company name covering August, to the central licensing unit in Leeds by no later than the 30 September. This must show that the business has continued to meet the required level of financial standing throughout the period; • transport managers Derek and Noel Stephens will undertake a two-day Transport Manager CPC refresher course with a trade association or equivalent body by no later than 31 August, and provide proof of attendance to the central licensing office in Leeds within 14 days.
