Pargeter (CM13 June); older drivers complain about the Driver CPC as they have to pay a lot of money just to do their jobs. One of the CPC's aims is to lower accidents, but only 18% involve LGVs. Dealing with the cause of the other 82% would have more effect. But they wouldn't dare offend car drivers...
