Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

So the DOT decided that MP Gwyneth Dunwoody could not address staff at the Traffic Area Office in Manchester about the office closure(CM 27 June-3 July). Whatever happened to freedom of expression? And just how stupid are the people making these decisions?

They must know that as soon as anyone reads of a ban they will immediately think the DOT has something to hide. And of course it has.

What it has to hide the reorganisation of traffic offices—howev might be dressed up– purely a money-savin exercise. It has nothin with improving enfon of safety laws.

Government comm to improve lorry safet Transport Select Corn notwithstanding, shot seen for what they an air.
