Scottish TC Michael Betts to reconsider the revocation of the licence held by Kirkcaldy-based Thomas Muir (Haulage). The Transport Tribunal had upheld the Commissioner's decision to revoke the licence for 50 vehicles and 18 trailers on maintenance grounds.
