eaders of last week's CM will have been startled to learn that Shell is running a forecourt promotion which does not involve giving away free glasses.
Instead, the promotion encourages drivers to explore "parts of the UK we never knew existed" — such as anywhere with summer weather. It offers road maps, passes to UK attractions and a full-colour 300 page AA/Shell Great Britain Guide.
The Hawk has three guides to give away to the first three readers who can tell him the name of the Shell fuel card.
