Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Three models are offered in the new Dyson three-axle low-loader range of semi-trailers of 25, 30 and 35 tons and among the first delivered is a 30-tonner recently supplied to Robert Wynn and Sons Ltd., of Newport. They are known as the Model 830 range.

One of the advantages claimed for this new range is a high-load capacity under normal C and U Regulations, and all three models are dual plated for normal and "special types" operation.

The standard loading level of the models is 3ft 2in. This can be reduced to 2ft 10in by employing cutouts in the deck over the rear wheels, a standard option which is available on all three of the Model 830 semi-trailers.

The Dyson three-axle suspension is fitted with underslung slipper-ended springs and radius rods and equipped with twin 8.25-15 Michelin X tyres in twin formation.

Brakes are fitted to all wheels and have three-line air-pressure operation with handparking on two axles.
