• Daimler Transport Vehicles Ltd. is currently building and dispatching 80 double-deck bus chassis which are going to Hong Kong for service with the Kowloon Motor Bus Co. (1933) Ltd. The chassis are the front-engined CVG-type with Gardner 6LX engines and fourspeed Daimatic semi-automatic transmission.

Designed for maximum carrying capacity, the chassis are fitted with heavy-duty frames, axles and springs.
