Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AMOTORCYCLE racing tender has been built on a Bedford chassis by Spurling Motor Bodies, Ltd., Edgware Road, London, 14.W.9, for Associated Motor Cycles, Ltd., for carrying machines and riders to home and Continental events. It covers up to 400 miles a day.

The vehicle carries four motorcycles--two on the near side, one on the off side and one on a ramp. Tools and spares are accommodated in a locker. The special rearloading ramp can be converted into a bench, and four persons can be seated its the front. Framing of the vehicle is of hardwood and panelling is of 18-gauge lien alloy. The cab is comfortably appointed and its roof is lined with thin plywood, above which a stream of air flows from an intake above the windscreen and into the rear compartment through a vent. At the rear there are two doors and the 8-ft. 3-in, long ramp may be let down from the floor to the ground, this movement being assisted by three rollers set in the floor.
