Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

automatic (V8), 422 4spd automatic (V10) GVW: 3,0391% Cab: double Over-powered and now over here, officially. Almost certainly the deftest CV on the UK market, the Dodge Ram is unlikely to be seen in the colours of your local electricity board.

It's available in two versions. The entry-level Laramie with its V8 Hemi engine is probably enough for most needs; otherwise there's always the fallback of the SAT-10 with its Dodge Viper-derived V1G lump.

At least the V8 makes a nod towards greenness with its Multi Displacement System which seamlessly drops to four pots to gain up to 20% better economy.

Of course, with up to 712Nm on tap, you'd expect a substantial payload potential, and

indeed the V10's 458kg is just enough to carry al four members of CMs Operations section, although not their luggage.

There'll be plenty of room for them to spread out in the leathertrimmed lounge, for which the word cab is woefully inadequate.

LIKES AND DISLIKES...

v Performance to satisfy anyone v Comfort likewise

x Economy and payload are limitations X Just too big for most UK needs
