Clissett. Based at the company's hq in Sutherland House, Coventry, Clissett is responsible for implementing new service performance standards and monitoring procedures.
Clissett also works closely with the company's systems group to develop revised vehicle management systems and is introducing revised workshop control procedures to satisfy BS 5750 quality standards.
Before joining Transfleet, Clissett held various positions with Wincanton, Freightliner and Translift Freight.
