• A Northern Countiesbodied Renault PR100 has started service trials with East London Bus and Coach, a subsidiary of London Buses.
The single-decker has a low floor and single entrance/exit. It seats 48 with 24 standing.
The first of an order for 27 NC-bodied Volvo BlOM double-deck buses has also been handed over to LBL subsidiary London General; 24 with 82 seats and three with 80 coach seats.
Selkent has taken delivery of 16 Wright-bodied Mercedes naidibuses for services around Catford and Lewisham. The LBL subsidiary says that the vehicles are to LBL specification, with low steps, full-width doors, circulation area and bus stopping sign.
