• the company lutist show that it is unable to manage change successfully without financial assistance to purchase specialist advice.
• the company must demonstrate that without specialist advice appropriate training would not take place, or be inadequate, or be significantly delayed.
Consultancy grants paid to employers will be based on two-thirds of the consultancy fee up to a maximum contribution of 0,000. A consultancy exercise which is supported by an MSC grant must normally be completed within three months of the dare on which the grant is approved.
