UNDER the name of Signaflex, D. H. Bonnella and Son, Ltd., 46-48, Osnaburgh Street, London, N.W.I, is producing and marketing the Rock patent signalling system for buses. This was described in "The Commercial
Motor" on November 10, 1950, and was invented by Mr. G. Rock, when general manager of Lincoln Transport Department, Features of the Signaflex system are a continuous rubber strip which may be installed without screws, or incorporated in a.. moulding, and clearly legible signs which light up when the signal to stop has been given. A pushbutton is provided for the conductor, which switches off the " Stopping " sign and rings a bell in the driver's cab.
