Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

air Gray & Adams has supplied 40 multi-temperature reefer panel vans to Waitrose for use on same-day business and home deliveries.

Based on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 310D chassis, the vans can be configured with a combination of chilled and ambient conditions using internal moving bulkheads. They use Carrier and Hubbard roof-mounted refrigeration units.

An 18-month trial showed that a triple-compartment (ambient, chilled and frozen) van was impractical for multidrop use, so the Waitrose vehicles use cool boxes for frozen goods.
