Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II A Dublin court has decided that too much noise was being made when trucks were being loaded with products for McDonald's restaurants: it has ordered a reduction in noise for 12 hours at a stretch.

Snowcrest Services operates a storage and distribution depot in West Dublin which supplies 63 McDonald's fast-food restaurants. But nearby residents complained that trucks were starting up and moving about at the depot until 02:00hrs, with refrigerated units causing undue noise.

A Snowcrest spokesman told the court that the company was using the quietest generators available and was parking trucks as far as possible from nearby houses while loading for McDonald's.

But the court ordered Snowcrest not to run truck refrigeration units at its depot between 19:00 and 07:00hrs. Instead, fridges must be connected to mains electricity.
