CPL EXEMPTIONS • An exemption certificate under the Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Substances Regulations 1984 (CPL), has been reissued for a further 12 months by the Health and Safety Executive.

The Certificate of Exemption No 1 of 1988 will remain in force until 31 December. It replaces Certificate of Exemption No 1 of 1987, which expired at the end of last year.
