Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Will this be the replacement for the CF chassis cab to be produced by the Isuzu and Vauxhall combine, IBC? Spotted at the Geneva Show last month, the Isuzu NKR 555 has a gross vehicle weight of 3.5 tonnes, with a body/payload allowance of 1,680kg. As on the Mitsubishi Canter, the cab tilts to reveal the engine.

The engine is the naturallyaspirated version of the 2.8litre direct injection turbodiesel that has recently been fitted into some Isuzu Trooper variants (see below). In this case the unit develops 57kW (77hp) at 3,600rpm, and 175Nm (1291bft) at 2,000rpm.

IBC declines to comment, but there is no other successor to the CF chassis cabs in its current range of Suzuki/ Bedford Rascal and Bedford Midis.

LI Isuzu has given the Trooper a range of new engines, but the commercial version will keep the existing 2.2-litre turbocharged diesel engine. The latest engines include a new 2.8-litre, direct-injection, turbo-diesel engine that delivers 71kW (95hp) at 3,700 rpm and 208Nm (153Ibft) at 2,10Orpm.

The new engine range includes a new 2.6-litre petrol engine, a larger clutch, and a stronger five-speed gearbox.
