Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Bedwas has revised its Ford Transit-based PV400 and PV300 parcels vans with a bigger recessed sliding driver's door, a modified fuel tank filler and reworked dashboard edges. The price of an unpainted long-wheelbase Transit-based PV400 conversion is 2,648 ex-VAT; delivery time is around five weeks.

The door aperture has been increased by 100mm to 1,790rnm from the step well to the top rail, and the recessed sliding door allows a full-width step to be used, which is now 25mrn lower than the recommended PSV minimum, at 406mm.

The sliding door has a rubber seal on the frame to prevent water leaks, and the dashboard edges have been tidied up with a lining panel and a notebook pocket. The fuel filler has been moved further up the side of the body and the recess is now in glass-reinforcedplastic.

When the original PV 400 debuted at the Motor Show in 1986 the Securicor-owned bodybuilder expected to sell only 50 of the light alloy and GRP conversions. In fact more than 140 have been produced to date, the most popular being the Transit 160 or 190 LWB PV400 conversion with a load volume of 11.6m3. Bedwas also offers a conversion called the PV300, based on the shortwheelbase Transit with a load volume of 8.7m3.
