Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Tibbett & Britten Group has won the contract to manage two of Woolworth's distribution centres at Radlett and Wanington. The Tottenham, London-based transport and distribution company will take over the contract from 1 March.

The contract gives Tibbett & Britten the Woolworth centres' existing operating assets but not the property. T&B will provide stockholding, break bulk and despatch services as well as managing delivery operations to Woolworth's stores.

In a separate deal, T&B is to buy 50% of garment carrier International Garment Services, from Coats Viyella, T&B's joint-venture partner.

Tibbett & Britten last week took delivery of 15 vehicles built for use in the transport of hanging and boxed garments. The trucks are based on lveco Ford Cargo chassis with bodies built by Wilsdon of Solihull.
