Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The first UK Mini-bus Driver of the Year competition is to take place in conjunction with the Bus Driver of the Year competition on 11 September in Blackpool.

Entrants will be judged on similar levels as bus drivers. The contestants must have an accident-free record (accidents provoked by third parties will not affect the entrants' record). They will also be subjected to secret passenger comfort tests and will have had to have won a competition heat at a local centre. The national finals will test their Highway Code knowledge and put them through three manoeuverability tests.

Only companies which enter the Bus Driver of the Year competition will be allowed to enter a mini-bus entrant. It is hoped that in later years the competition will be open to all mini-bus operators.
