CHARGES for membership of National Breakdown Recovery Service (Commercial) Ltd, which begins operation in March, have been established as: enrolment £20; annual membership £30; and an annual charge of £10 for each vehicle.
Though the company points out that the cost of covering any breakdown is comparable, it is prepared to negotiate a fee for large fleets.
