Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Pfaff Silberblau electro / hydraulic /pneumatic pit-jack designed primarily for inspection pits is now marketed in the UK by Keith V. Cable Associates.

The standard jack, with a capacity of 6 tons, is powered by a four-cylinder radial piston air motor, developing 1.3 hp when supplied with an air pressure of 80 psi. The main air supply, fed through a pressure regulating valve, is filtered before entry to the motor and again on exhaust. A silencer is fitted to reduce noise below nuisance level and all equipment is flameproof and safe for use with petrol tankers and similar vehicles, The jack is said to be simple to operate and will lift through 1 full stroke in approximately 20 seconds. The standard model has a capacity of 6 tons, and higher capacities of 10 and 15 tons are also available.
